How we started :
Cooinda Community Services was started in 2024 by three members. As an individuals in the industry of supporting people with disabilities, we are all very passionate about supporting individuals to live their best lives and achieve their life goals. Everyone should be given the opportunity to the best quality individual support, and this was our drive to develop Cooinda Community Services. We had identified areas we wanted to improve on and listened to the individuals we had all worked with. From this information and the support of some amazing support workers it is our vision to ensure we deliver services to our clients in a person-centred manner.

Who we are
we have over ten years of experience in the disability support sector, working in a variety of roles. The industry has undergone significant change over the years, and my desire to contribute to this transition by giving people and their families the finest support possible inspired me to found our own business so that we can keep helping people reach their objectives and beyond. At Cooinda Community Support, we strive to be “person-centered” both in our thinking and our actions, making sure you receive the assistance you need to reach your objectives.

Our team of support staff members is diverse in terms of their backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets. Every one of our support staff members is kind, perceptive, and eager to collaborate with participants to help them reach their full potential. Our extremely caring staff genuinely adheres to the philosophy of “learning by listening,” in which the participants are the focal point of care at all times.
